📦 Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unusedunopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in the same condition as received and must include all original tags, manuals, or accessories (if applicable).

⚠️ Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of car care and detailing items.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Used or damaged products not due to transit.

  • Items returned without original packaging.

  • Products bought under sale or clearance.

  • Custom orders or special request products.


📧 How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.

  3. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or sent in error.


🔄 Exchange Process

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the exchange status.

  • If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability).


💸 Refund Policy (if applicable)

  • If a refund is requested (only in eligible cases), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
