📦 Eligibility for Exchange or Return
You may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item must be in the same condition as received and must include all original tags, manuals, or accessories (if applicable).
⚠️ Note: Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of car care and detailing items.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Used or damaged products not due to transit.
Items returned without original packaging.
Products bought under sale or clearance.
Custom orders or special request products.
📧 How to Request an Exchange or Return
Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item was defective or sent in error.
🔄 Exchange Process
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the exchange status.
If approved, a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days (subject to stock availability).
💸 Refund Policy (if applicable)
If a refund is requested (only in eligible cases), it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
